What Is Mindfulness?

Mindfulness can be described as the practice of paying attention in the present moment, and doing it intentionally and with non-judgement. 

Mindful Meditation practices refer to the deliberate acts of regulating attention through the observation of thoughts, emotions and body states.

  • Mindful non-judgemental awareness of breath, body, feelings, emotions and/or thoughts.

  • Mindful walking meditation

  • Mindful body scan in sitting or lying  down position  

  • Listening with non-judgment

What age group can
attend appointments?

My therapies are open to everyone over the age of 12 (with parents consent and presence). I offer both one to one appointments and group appointments on a range of therapies such as: CBT, Mindfulness, Reflexology, and Mindful Eating and Reiki.
