Mary Kara is a holistic therapist who teaches people how to bring mindfulness into their lives and become more present, more thankful, and more compassionate towards themselves and others.

She established Donegal Mindfulness and Angel’s Cove with the aim of creating a safe,
welcoming, and non-judgemental environment for people to explore mindfulness and meditation.
What Is Mindfulness?
Mindfulness can be described as the practice of paying attention in the present moment, and doing it intentionally and with non-judgement.

Mindful Meditation practices refer to the deliberate acts of regulating attention through the observation of thoughts, emotions and body states.
